  • Spaghetti 100 g
  • Eggs 4
  • Pecorino Romano 20 g
  • Parmesan cheese 20 g
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt
  • Neapolitan salami 50 gr
  • Caciocavallo 50 g

Procedure

Cook the spaghetti, drain it and let it cool.

Separately, beat the eggs, add the pecorino, parmesan, salt, pepper, salami, and caciocavallo cheese, add the spaghetti and mix everything well.

Grease a nonstick pan with a drizzle of oil and add the mixture. Cook over medium-low heat with a lid on, turning halfway through cooking using a lid or flat plate larger than the pan.
