Ingredients

  • Penne rigate 180 gr
  • A tablespoon of chopped onion
  • Yellow pepper 1
  • Stracciata of Apulian burrata 100 gr
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste
  • Salt to taste

Procedure

Brown the onion in a pan, add the roughly chopped pepper, let it cook for 5 minutes, then cover with water and cook for 10 minutes. 

Blend the pepper to obtain a cream.

Cook the pasta and toss it in the pepper cream, serve with flakes of burrata stracciatella.
