Ingredients

  • Spaghetti 180 gr
  • Fresh cod 150g
  • Chopped celery and onion
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • White wine 50 ml
  • Stale bread 40 g
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste

Procedure

Sauté the celery and onion in a drizzle of oil, add the diced cod, deglaze with white wine, cover with water or vegetable broth, and cook for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, blend the breadcrumbs with the garlic clove and cook in a pan with a drizzle of oil until crispy.

Cook the spaghetti and season with the cod ragù, serve garnished with the fried breadcrumbs.
