Ingredients
- Spaghetti 180 gr
- Garlic 1 clove
- Onion 1
- Fresh parsley to taste
- Pecorino Romano 50g
- Bacon 60g
Procedure
Sauté the chopped onion and grated garlic in extra virgin olive oil, then add the pancetta and parsley. Cook the pasta, stirring in the pan with a ladle of the pasta cooking water.
With the heat off, add the grated pecorino.
