Ingredients
- Spaghetti 180 gr
- 1 courgette
- Garlic 1 clove
- Anchovy sauce 2 tablespoons
- Shelled pistachios 40 g
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Procedure
Sauté the garlic in a pan with extra virgin olive oil, then add the courgettes cut into spaghetti shapes. Cook the spaghetti and toss them in the pan with the courgettes. Remove from the heat and add the anchovy sauce.
Serve garnished with chopped pistachios.
