- Spaghettoni 180 gr
- Peeled tomatoes
- Fresh basil to taste
- Garlic 1 clove
- Parmesan cheese 30 g
- Pecorino 30 g
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste

Procedure
In a pan, sauté the garlic clove with extra virgin olive oil, add the peeled cherry tomatoes, season with salt, and cook for 30 minutes.
Cook the spaghetti, toss them in the pan with the previously prepared sauce, turn off the heat, and add the grated cheeses and torn basil leaves. Stir vigorously until the sauce is creamy.
