  • Spaghettoni 180 gr
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • 1 courgette
  • Peppers 1 slice
  • Carrots 1
  • Fresh salmon 100g
  • Soy sauce 30 ml
  • Honey 30 g
  • Sesame seeds to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste

Procedure

Sauté the garlic clove in extra virgin olive oil, then add the julienned vegetables. In another pan, brown the salmon. Separately, combine the soy sauce and honey. Once the salmon is browned, add the soy sauce and honey mixture and cook until glazed.

Cook the spaghetti and sauté it in the pan with the vegetables. Serve with the glazed salmon and sesame seeds.
