  • Spaghettoni 180 gr
  • Pistachios 50 g
  • Fresh basil to taste
  • Prawns 15 gr
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste
  • Salt to taste

Procedure

Prepare the pesto by blending together the basil, pistachios, half a clove of garlic, extra virgin olive oil, and salt.

Cook the spaghetti, meanwhile, sauté the prawns in a pan with a drizzle of oil for a minute.

Season the spaghetti with the pesto, plate and add the prawns directly onto the plate.
