Ingredients

  • Tagliatelle 200 gr
  • Peeled tomatoes
  • Fresh octopus 300 gr
  • Parsley
  • Garlic
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste
  • Salt to taste

Procedure

Grate the garlic and fry it with extra virgin olive oil and the parsley stalks, add the octopus cut into chunks, cover with the tomatoes, season with salt, cook for 30 minutes.

Cook the tagliatelle, season with the octopus ragù, plate and finish with chopped parsley.
