Ingredients
- Tagliatelle 200 gr
- Tomato puree 600 ml
- Sausage 300 gr
- Garlic 1 clove
- 1/2 onion
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Fresh basil
Procedure
Sauté the onion, garlic, and basil stalks, then add the tomato puree and coarsely chopped dried sausage. Cook for 2 hours.
Cook the tagliatelle and toss with the sauce. Serve, adding the dried sausage, either sliced or whole. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
