  • Tomato puree 600 ml
  • Sausage 300 gr
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • 1/2 onion
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh basil

Procedure

Sauté the onion, garlic, and basil stalks, then add the tomato puree and coarsely chopped dried sausage. Cook for 2 hours.

Cook the tagliatelle and toss with the sauce. Serve, adding the dried sausage, either sliced ​​or whole. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
