Ingredients
- Tagliatelle 200 gr
- Peeled tomatoes 1 can
- A tablespoon of chopped onion
- Mozzarella 200 g
- Parmesan cheese 50 g
- Fresh basil
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
Procedure
Brown the onion in extra virgin olive oil, add the coarsely chopped tomatoes, season with salt, add the basil, cover and cook for 30 minutes.
Cook the tagliatelle and season them with the red sauce, layering them in the earthenware pots with mozzarella, parmesan, sauce, and basil. Top with mozzarella and parmesan.
Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
